The world can be very unforgiving to our kids, and too often their dignity isn’t fully honored. This company is different. They are thoughtful about how my son experiences life, making sure that any difficulty serves a clear and ethical purpose for him. They treat him as a whole person, rather than a version imagined by others, and they recognize that he is real, present, and capable of showing us who he is. His BCBA is, honest to God, just really good at what she does. She is razor sharp, practical, quick to adjust or let go of plans that don’t work and always ensuring that what we are working on is effective. In our experience, this combination of compassion, care, and skill is rare!
This place is amazing. I know one of the RBTs and they really put their heart and soul into this program. This is a calling more than a job. These folks lead the charge when it comes to dealing with these children. I am amazed at the love and patience I have witnessed among the associates at this place.
