They are thoughtful about how my son experiences life, making sure that any difficulty serves a clear and ethical purpose for him. His BCBA is, honest to God, just really good at what she does. She is razor sharp, practical, quick to adjust or let go of plans that don’t work and always ensuring that what we are working on is effective.
